As webphant.com now has been working properly for almost four years with its original code behind, it finally reached its limits on flexibility and focus on future developments. The design as well needed a complete makeover.

So this was the point, when the big project was tackled, to rebuild webphant.com from the scratch. Formerly being driven by a self-developed PHP framework, webphant.com is now built upon the famous and stable Python framework Django. Further some arrangements were made to implement an open API, which later can be used in developments e.g. for toolbars at Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and more.

Such toolbars are now the next step - on the way to make implementation and usage of webphant.com even more comfortable. To make the web even more easier for you.
